By using fixlocksmithcharleston.com or our service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Service quotes & pricing
We provide a firm quote on the phone before any dispatch. Final invoice will match the quote, unless on-site conditions reveal hidden damage or specialty hardware — in which case we'll re-quote before any additional work.
Payment
Payment is due on completion. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), tap-to-pay, and cash.
Warranty
Our installations and repairs are covered by a service warranty: if something we did fails within the coverage window, we return and fix it at no charge. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, third parties, or natural events.
Cancellations
You may cancel any dispatched call before the technician arrives at no charge. Cancellations after arrival incur a $25 trip fee.
Liability
We carry general liability and property damage insurance. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the service performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for items damaged by force entry chosen by the customer.
Disputes
Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of South Carolina. Venue is Charleston County.
