3. Service Rates and Payment

Service rates are based on:

  • Type of service required
  • Time of service (emergency rates may apply for after-hours service)
  • Complexity of the work
  • Parts and materials needed

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other approved payment methods. A service charge may apply for returned checks.

4. Proof of Ownership

For your protection and to comply with legal requirements, we may require proof of ownership or authorization before providing locksmith services. This may include valid identification, property documents, or other verification methods.

5. Warranty and Liability

We warrant our workmanship for 90 days from the date of service. This warranty covers:

  • Defects in workmanship
  • Proper functioning of installed locks and hardware

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for consequential damages, lost property, or damages resulting from pre-existing conditions.

6. Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled without charge if cancelled before our technician arrives on-site. A service call fee may apply if cancellation occurs after our technician has been dispatched or has arrived at your location.

7. Emergency Services

We strive to provide prompt emergency service 24/7. However, response times may vary based on weather conditions, traffic, technician availability, equipment issues, and other factors beyond our control. While we make every effort to maintain continuous availability, service may occasionally be interrupted due to circumstances beyond our control.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state where services were provided. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing legal action.
